At Island Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary; if a piece doesn't fit your space, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned decor, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
